The farm is a true family affair, with three generations working tirelessly every day to tend to the cattle, package orders, and manage every aspect of the farm with utmost care and dedication. From the lush pastures where the cattle graze to the state-of-the-art facilities where they are bred and raised, every detail is meticulously managed to ensure the highest quality of meat possible.

WHAT MAKES WAGYU SPECIAL
Akaushi Wagyu meat is known worldwide by its trademark marbling characteristics, tenderness and incredible flavor. No growth hormones or steroids ever. They graze in the rolling hills of Middle Tennessee and are finished with the hay and corn silage grown right on the farm, gluten-free and nutritionalist approved.
