The American Akaushi Wagyu Difference
WHAT MAKES WAGYU SPECIAL
Akaushi Wagyu meat is known worldwide by its trademark marbling characteristics, tenderness and incredible flavor. Akaushi Wagyu beef has a higher percentage of fatty acids due to genetics, diet and environment, giving it a higher marbling score. The marbling gives the meat that buttery, melt-in-your-mouth texture and holds that intense flavor, setting it apart from all other beef.
