KHK Farms Return Policy

Thank you for choosing KHK Farms for your premium Wagyu beef needs. We strive to provide the highest quality products and exceptional service. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have established the following return policy:

1. No Returns Policy
   - Due to food safety and quality control regulations, we do not accept returns of any meat products. This policy ensures that all customers receive the freshest and safest products possible.
   
2. Quality Assurance
   - Every order is carefully inspected and packaged in a styrofoam container with frozen gel packs to maintain optimal temperature during shipping. If you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Order Issues and Claims
   - In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please email us at khkcattlefarms@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

4. FDA Regulations Compliance
   - Our no-returns policy complies with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations regarding the safety of perishable food items. According to the FDA, perishable items such as meat cannot be returned due to the risk of contamination and foodborne illness (21 CFR Part 110.80). This regulation ensures that returned food does not re-enter the consumer market, maintaining the highest standards of food safety.
