Shipping policy

Freezer Products:

• We prepare all orders on Monday. Orders are picked up on Tuesday by UPS.
  When ordering with us, keep in mind that all orders will be shipped on the following TUESDAY of the day you place your order. 
• If you place an order after 12 noon CST on Tuesday, it will be shipped the following week.
• Shipping is always 2nd Day Air with UPS so your order will arrive in a timely manner and not get stuck in transit over the weekend.
• Tennessee Residents: We use UPS Ground shipping for orders being shipped within Tennessee.

Wagyu Snacks are shipped out daily via USPS.

If you see that your shipping rate isn't affordable, please reach out to us via email. We can manually calculate the shipping rate to see if there are discounts that aren't automatically generated at checkout. At fulfillment, we will refund our customers if we can get the shipping rate cheaper.
